As graphic artist for more than 30 years, I have seen tools come and tools go... but software changed my craft forever. Software gives us the abilities to experiment without the lost of valuable time.

What took days to prepare now are done in hours, concepts created in minutes, changes done in seconds. While these tools give us more creative freedom, it comes with other problems. The protection of our computers from viruses, spanning, unwanted solicitations and other devious violations. We now have a whole suite of issues to deal with. 

I have complied a list of what I think are good and respectful companies. Though I do not use every one of these products, I do know they come from reverential sources and should be considered helpful in day-to-day business practices.
